USER TERMS OF SERVICE – Remote Login Support Addendum

This Remote Login Support Addendum (“Addendum”) is an addition to the User Terms of Service that govern your use of the Site and the Mobile Application, and all associated services (together with the Site and the Mobile Application, the “Service”) made available by Upflex, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “Upflex”). By accessing, using, or participating in the Service, you (“you” or the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and this Addendum. Please read them carefully.

Additional terms may apply to your use of a specific Upflex Service. These additional terms will be available with the relevant Upflex Service and will become part of your agreement with us if you use that Service. Upflex may change this Addendum time to time. Changes will be effective when Upflex posts updated terms at this location or within the applicable Service and the “Last updated” date set forth above will be updated accordingly.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Due to the nature of the Internet, Upflex cannot guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability and accessibility of the Service. Also, Upflex may restrict the availability of the Service or certain areas or features of the Service to ensure the security or integrity of our servers or to carry out maintenance measures that ensure the proper or improved functioning of the Service. Upflex may improve, enhance and modify the Service and introduce new services from time to time.

REMOTE SUPPORT FEATURE

Upflex has launched an update where Upflex Admins can offer better remote support experience. Upflex Admins can now login directly in Business accounts to offer trouble shooting, review booking requests, and make changes or additions as needed. Upflex admins will have access to see all bookings and activity under the business account when using this remote login support feature. All changes made by Upflex admins are logged and recorded. The business accounts are auto-logged off after 15 minutes of inactivity. This feature is optional and can be turned off or on a per business account basis.
